The apartment (72 m2) is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a 6-apartment condominium. The entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, the other bedroom with a single bed, a bunk bed and a private balcony, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, are downstairs. We can provide a "travelling cot" for babies on request.
The upper level has a large living room- dining room- kitchen. This is surrounded by a U-shaped terrace (52 m2), where we can sip our coffee or our wine from the Balaton wine-region while admiring the view and the sunset. We accept a maximum of 5 people in the apartment.
WiFi, air conditioning, mosquito net, shutters, TV (with Hungarian and foreign channels), Hifi, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, dishes, iron, drying rack, terrace furniture.
On the windless, sunny south side of the terrace, you can relax in the 5 person jacuzzi. With its 38 degree water, it is an excellent opportunity to relax even if the temperature of Lake Balaton is not warm enough for swimming. There is also an outdoor shower on the terrace near the jacuzzi.
There is a possibility to park one car in the closed yard. Additional cars can be parked on the street for free.

The apartment is located at the end of a dead end, next to the 2 km long grassy beach of Balatonlelle. Almost all important things are available on the beach: buffets, restaurants, playgrounds and training parks, pedal boat and SUP rental, water slide, showers, toilettes. The water on the southern shore of the lake is shallow and deepens very slowly (you can go into the water through stairs), so it is excellent and safe even with children. The center of Balatonlelle is a 10-minute walk.
